Home is the starting point for navigating PI/E.
Home is used by the Owner to Register PI/E 6.1 and import
older versions of PI/E. Each user has their own Home screen
based on access privileges.
Companies & Contacts
Companies and Contacts are assigned their unique
ID's.
Contacts are related to Companies by the Company ID allowing
for greater flexibility and less chance of data entry error.
Job History are tracked and new Jobs can be started in
Companies and Contacts. And More.
Delivery Memo
Fine Art Memos have been added.
Entry Forms have been redesigned.
Invoices can be created for Stock and Fine Art Images Sold
Lost or Damaged.
Tracking of returns is much easier. Front face terms and
conditions are entered in Your Company.
Estimate
Entry forms have been redesigned.
Entry forms allows unlimited entries by category. Estimates
are printed as a Cover summary page and a Detail printout
for each category and line item.
Fax
Faxes are now displayed by author or by studio.
Image Bank
Initiate an image search in Jobs for a Delivery Memo.
Refine the search in Image Bank.
Print labels and create a Delivery Memo.
Invoice
Entry forms have been redesigned.
Entry forms allows unlimited entries by category. Invoices
are printed as a Cover summary page with a Detail printout
for each category and line item or a Fully Detailed printout.
Partial Invoice Payments have been added.
Jobs can now have Multiple Invoices and Advance
Invoices.

Job Change
Invoices support Multiple Job Change Orders. Change
Orders are entered in Invoices by Pop up list.
Letter
Letters are now displayed by author or by studio.
Releases
Release information is imported into Invoices by button
click.
Invoice will display details.
Client Paid talent will not print nor be added to Invoice
bottom line.
Reports
Reports is a new Component of PI/E.
By selecting Report Type, clicking buttons, entering Dates
& by Pop up list ID's Complex reports are quickly
generated.
Schedule
Simple and Detail Month at a Glance displays have been
added.
Schedule supports appointments both internal & external
by the employee and by the studio.
Scheduled items are now displayed by employee or by
studio.
Your Employees
Your Employees file is new.
This was added to support Multi Profit Centers in Your
Company. Reports are available for Employee billings and
Representative sales.
Employees adds flexibility to PI/E.
Your Company
PI/E supports Multi Profit Centers.
Each center should have it's own T & C's and
Graphics.
These are setup and controlled through Your Company.
Use ASMP or APA Terms & Conditions included in PI/E or
enter your own.
