Contacts
Contacts adds Personal Digital Assistant Synchronization
A new module, PDA, was added that directly links to and is accessible through Contacts
allowing each PI/E user to Sync to their PDA through FileMaker Mobile
(required). Contacts can be batch or individually added to PDA or deleted.
PDA interface allows for updating Contacts and Companies.
PDA must be installed on each users computer.
PDA operates in a Single or Multi User environment.
Delivery Memo
Fine Art Consignment Memos have been enhanced.
A new Entry form has been added to display all Limited Editions
consigned to a gallery.
On receipt of gallery statments, Edition Invoices can be
created that span several consignment memos and job numbers.
At the same time the Edition is flaged in Image Bank the it has been
sold & the date and on invoice payment the paid date.
Image Bank
Image Bank has a new support module to track fine art
limited editions. Image Bank now displays the edition history of each image;
the date printed, date consigned and to whom, date sold, invoice number and date paid.
Editions can be added ad hoc basis up to the preset limit. Edition prices can be updated
on all including consigned non sold or non gifted editions.
Consignment price lists can be printed and sent to consignees as required.
A new list has ben added displaying print type & size, quantity printed, consigned,
sold, gifted, total sold & gifted and current price.
Image Edition, Image Bank's support module displays in list form
the complete image's edition history. Edition form view displays complete edition detail.
Initiate a limited edition image search in Jobs for a consignment Delivery Memo.
Add additional image editions through a filtered list displaying only those editions avaialable.
When done create a consignment Delivery Memo.
Invoice
Invoice for single limited edition or sale.
Consigned fine art edition sales invoices are initiated in Delivery Memo.
