Email
Emailing capability has been added and works with your Email Client to send PI/E related emails.
Emails are sent to your email client Out Box to be sent with the next out going messages, or your Draft folder in order to attach files.
Duplicate Emails can be created to send the same or modified message to different recipients.
Email does not receive emails.
Email response messages can be copied and pasted into the Reply form’s reply message field.
New Emails can be started from Companies, Contacts, Delivery Memos, Estimates, Invoice, Jobs and Schedule.
General
Start from Companies, Contacts, Jobs, Invoice & Estimate Main forms;
a phone call, email, fax or letter from main form. Appropriate entry form will display.
Images
Added Stock Images at Agent form listing all images and Agents.
Added Image Consignment Tracking form listing all images and “Galleries.
Stock Images Delivery Memo Tracking form listing all stock images and location.
Reports can be previewed or printed for all three lists.
Employees
Representative's Jobs form, representative commission able (fee base) column added.
Finally
Additional user requested enhancements and minor bug fixes.
