PI/E features customizeable forms to suit your studio's needs including support for graphic and image import fields on all printouts allowing you to create more personalized forms. Allows access to all printout forms to change type, fields and layouts.

PI/E requires FileMaker® Pro 5.5 or 6.0.

General

Supports international billings.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) information for electronic funds transfer.
Added currency exchange rate table with link to web page for current exchange rates.
Invoice fee adjustments due to currency exchange rate differentials.

Your Company

Greater flexibility added to printouts by user selected preferences.
Front of Invoice and Estimate Terms user defined and can be included or omitted on printouts.
Taxing preferences modified to support both state / province and federal sales use taxes.
Taxes can be either flat rate or variable by user selected preference.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) information added for electronic funds transfer. Printable on invoices as required.

Added Stock Usage Sale Percentage for either commissioned or stock agency's internal sales personnel image usage sales.
